nCenter Counseling Services in Montana

“New clients accepted.” I enjoy working with older teens and adults who are processing trauma, loss and grief and suffering from depression and anxiety. I believe that the client-therapist relationship is foundational for growth and change to occur. I am trained in EMDR and grief counseling, and I use these skills to focus on my client’s needs and wants. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems and couples’ counseling and use Emotionally Focused Therapy to work with couples to improve their relationship. For me, the richness that comes from healthy relationships lends to mental and physical health. Being connected is simply what we all need.

I lost my husband in a car accident when my children were young, and I have a heart for the difficulties we all face. My life gives me a unique perspective, and I have a personal understanding of grief and of current or past traumatic events. My aim is to be present with each person I see in counseling as we, together, navigate the process of healing.

I would love to hear your story and work with you to relieve any emotional pain you have. We can not escape the challenges of life, but we can process these challenges with someone who is skilled and who can be present and caring with your challenges and you. If you are looking to heal your relationships with others and yourself, please give me a call.
